Purchasing my artwork
My artwork is stretched onto a canvas covered framework and is ready to hang.
I generally work to the following sizes: 24″ x 12″, 16″ x 16″ and 16″ x 20″ although I do sometimes make smaller pieces.
Prices vary, depending on hours involved and content, but generally range between £195 and £250 upwards.
If you are interested in purchasing one of my pieces, please check my gallery page for some of the current work available. If you're in Wales, you can also visit Origin in Carmarthen, where I have a permanent display, or alternatively visit one of my exhibitions.
I’m more than happy for customers to collect artwork from my studio in Ceredigion.
Alternatively, I can post work within the UK, usually with Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is tracked, insured, and signed for, ensuring it arrives the next day by 1:00pm. Postage costs will be charged to the customer.
Please note, I do not offer international shipping at this time.
Care of felt pictures
If customers are concerned regarding the care of felt pictures they can be reassured.
- Wool is naturally dirt repellent.
- A few whacks on the back will usually dislodge any dust that might settle! Alternatively the felt can be dabbed with a clean, damp cloth.
- The top ridge would be the most likely place for dust to accumulate and it can be removed with a lint roller.
- Alternatively blast it with a hair dryer on a cool setting.
- A ‘felt’ is no more susceptible to dust than a canvas oil painting.
- Lots of my felts have lived happily for many years alongside wood and coal fires and have not suffered.
- The dyes I use for my fibres are lightfast but I wouldn’t recommend hanging the work in direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as for example in a conservatory.
